Managing Your Listings

Only the listing author can manage a listing. Open your listing (from Dashboard → Listings, or Dashboard → Your Active Listings) and use the Edit and Delete buttons on the page.

Editing a listing

The edit page lets you change everything from creation (title, description, slots, modpack, group, Looking For preferences) plus the Status toggle (Open/Closed).

Note

The edit page warns you about unsaved changes: if you try to navigate away with unsaved edits, you’ll be asked to confirm before leaving.

Lowering the slot count

If you lower the number of slots below the count of players who already joined (filled slots), the filled count is clamped down to match. Make sure you want to shrink before saving.

Closing a listing

Set the status to Closed when you’re done recruiting. Closing a listing:

• Stops new applications immediately.
• Frees up a slot under your open-listing limit, so you can open a new one.

You can reopen it later by setting the status back to Open.

Deleting a listing

Deleting removes the listing permanently (including its applications) and cannot be undone. The delete button asks you to confirm before anything happens.

Danger

Deleting a listing doesn’t remove anyone from your group. Players who were already accepted through the listing stay members.

Sharing your listing

Use the Share button on your listing page to copy a link like https://app.gathertocraft.com/listings/{id}. Anyone with the link can view the listing, even without an account.
