Reputation

Reputation is the platform’s trust system. After playing with someone, you can leave feedback on their profile (positive or negative) and their reputation score moves accordingly. Group owners check reputation when reviewing applications, so it pays to be a good teammate.

On someone’s profile, use the thumbs up (commend) or thumbs down (complain) buttons, then pick a category:

  • Reliable - Helpful - Great Communicator - Skilled - Friendly

You can also add an optional message (up to 500 characters) explaining your feedback.

  • You must have played together with the person first. The platform tracks this. If you haven’t, you’ll get “You must play together before commending this user.”
  • One piece of feedback per player pair. You can’t pile on someone. You get one commend or one complaint per person.
  • Submitting the opposite replaces your feedback. Complained about someone and then had a great session? Commending them swaps your complaint for the commendation (with a warning so you know what’s happening).

Feedback appears on the profile’s Feedback tab in two columns (Commendations and Complaints), each showing the category, the person who left it, any message, and when. You can delete feedback you’ve left if you change your mind.

Your score maps to 10 levels, from humble beginnings to the endgame. Everyone starts with a score of 300.

  • Show up to sessions you signed up for (no-shows get complained about).
  • Be honest in applications and listings.
  • Leave fair, useful feedback. Commending great teammates helps them get picked by better groups.
